Job Description

An appliance company is seeking a Trilingual Spanish/English/Japanese Sales Representative to join their team in Gardena, CA. This position is responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining current clients. An AA degree or higher, 1-2 years of sales experience, the ability to travel for business (Central and South America), and the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish, and conversational Japanese are required. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position with excellent benefits, plus bonus, and 401k.

Trilingual Spanish/English/Japanese Sales Representative Duties:
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
-Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive client relationships
-Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
-Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
-Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
-Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
-Will need to travel rarely for business (Central & South America)

Trilingual Spanish/English/Japanese Sales Representative Skills:
-Must have an AA degree or higher
-Must have 1-2 years of sales experience
-Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish
-Must be able to speak conversational Japanese
-Must be able to travel rarely for work (Central and South America)
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
