Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Development Representative to join our diverse team. The primary focus of this role is to develop commercial relationships with large operators of fleet vehicles and auto repair services. You will be instrumental in promoting our high-quality repair and replacement glass services, as well as our innovative approach to the auto glass industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fleet operators and auto repair services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Articulate the value proposition of Auto Glass Direct's services and technologies
- Utilize various sales channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective and inclusive sales strategies and materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of sales development experience preferred, though highly motivated individuals with less experience will be considered
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly
- Comfort with various sales approaches, including in-person, phone, and e-marketing
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite, CRM applications, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with social media and online marketing is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a collaborative, innovative environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team
