Triware Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality IT solutions.

What You Will do:
- Own and oversee all aspects of the client account, with a primary focus on understanding the client’s business needs and goals to deliver value through IT products and services.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters and facilitate contact for matters outside of account management (e.g. technical support, advisory services).
- Build, maintain, and manage strong, long-lasting business and client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships for client accounts with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Work in collaboration to identify solutions for, and proactively manage, client IT environments.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology products and business solutions.
- Develop new business with existing and new clients to meet sales quotas.
- Provide input on client needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts, account status).
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
What You Bring:
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven work experience in roles such as Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar.
- Strong understanding of information technology solutions and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions and provide excellent customer service across all levels of an organization.
- Previous experience in a technical advisory role will be considered an asset.
- Effective relationship management skills with openness to feedback.
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
