Inside Sales Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify, qualify and follow up on leads that come into the company and business division
  • Set up sales representatives and new customer accounts in our system
  • Generate leads and communicate those to the external sales force and manager
  • Job quote generation
  • Order processing
  • Coordinate and participate in trade show events as needed
  • Develop sales training materials for outside sales force
  • Participate in industry and company events
  • Sales and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate B2B sales projects across internal teams and channels
  • Be the internal liaison between external sales team and internal product marketing and creative team to develop necessary sales tools
  • Maintain competitive database and industry sales information
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Other duties as ILM may assign

Sales representative will report directly to National Sales Manager, Enterprise


Job Qualifications:


  • A college degree and minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
  • A fearless, positive and driven person with a passion for sales and business development
  • A person that understands the mentality of “what did I sell today”
  • Be able to filter out proper leads and manage their time to meet goals
  • A person willing to grow their sales experience and move on to more prominent roles in sales management
  • Comfortable with in-person and digital presentations
  • A person that offers points of view and market information back to the manager and the company
  • Team player as the sales territory will include more sales reps
  • Understanding the importance of CRM system monitoring
  • Willingness to work late nights to attend customer activities
