Our dedicated AT&T Sales Representative team has been instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and customers. With a new brand partnership in the Northwest suburbs, we're expanding our team and looking for a talented AT&T Sales Representative to bridge the gap between our company and AT&T customers.
Your Role as an AT&T Sales Representative: As the go-to contact for our clients, you'll ensure their needs are met with accuracy and care. You'll be responsible for managing and fostering client relationships, offering prompt and effective support, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues that arise. Working closely with our internal teams, you'll deliver customized solutions that exceed client expectations. Your keen attention to detail, proactive communication, and dedication to client satisfaction will be key to maintaining and enhancing these relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams, managing daily communications to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues quickly, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that align with each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, communications, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Anticipate client needs, offering recommendations and improvements to enhance their experience with our services.
- Support new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of services.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
