What You'll Do:
- Find and Connect: Generate leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present Solutions: Showcase The Budd Group's services and close deals.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Exceed Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets in the Nashville market.
- Proven Success: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized & Driven: Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel Ready: Up to 50% of the travel within Nashville territory (a valid driver's license is required).
