Inside/Virtual Sales Representative

Salary Base Pay PLUS Commission & Bonus ($70,000 - $80,000)
Overview: This is your opportunity to join Arqai, a privately-owned collection of (4) Smart Home companies in Florida. We are currently hiring a Virtual Sales Representative in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.
Incredible Compensation: We offer a generous compensation package comprised of:
- Hourly Base Pay -- During and After Training of $16.50 per hour (with the potential for increases based on achieving sales goals)
Plus:
- $1,000 Training Bonus after 90 days
- Uncapped Commissions
- Monthly Bonuses
First-year associates average between $70k- $80k and our top reps are making well over $90,000.

Hot leads: We do not cold call. Every prospect that you call wants to speak to you and wants to purchase a Smart Home System. Your job is to assist them with whatever they need.

Responsibilities: Using a consultative sales approach, promote Uxari products and services to existing customers via phone and collaborate with our builder partners to conduct virtual design appointments with new customers. (No Cold Calls!) Create floor plans and builder documents for design appointments. Set appointments and follow up with prospects via phone, email, and virtually. Maintain a high degree of Uxari product and service expertise. Promote and enhance company reputation and provide professional and effective assistance. Build and maintain forward-looking relationships with our builder partners.
Qualifications: High level of motivation to achieve personal goals and improve earning potential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade. Committed to learning persuasive consultative sales techniques, as well as details on relevant products, packages, and procedures, to boost individual sales performance.
Four (4) years sales experience in a professional setting, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of achievement.
Candidates:
Must not have a criminal history background.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
