Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish customer relations and provide testing & inspections, maintenance agreements, and alarm monitoring solutions to existing and new customers.
- Identify testing & inspection opportunities for all different types of fire protection systems.
- Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, service repair or other needs the customer may have.
- Utilize estimation tools to deliver accurate pricing to prospective customers.
- Keep detailed activity in CRM system
- Promptly respond to customer requests.
- Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators.
- Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sprinkler Construction Sales with an existing book of business
- Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
- Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred Qualification
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred
- Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
- NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus
Compensation $80,000 - $90,000
