Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and Implementing Automated Tests: You will develop comprehensive automated tests for power consumption, utilizing cutting-edge techniques to achieve precision and efficiency. - Analyzing and Reporting Test Results: Your expertise will extend to post-processing and reporting test results, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. - Ensuring Performance Excellence: You will execute tests, compare results against expectations, and promptly triage any observed battery life issues, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail. - Orchestrating Testing Efforts: With multiple tests running simultaneously across diverse scenarios, your ability to manage and track results will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards. Key Qualifications
- Excellent understanding and application of a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or Bash
- Experience with test automation and frameworks 2-5 years of automation infrastructure.
- Excellent ability to triage problems QA experience or exposure to good testing methodologies preferred
- Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Some exposure to hardware, from home electronics projects to building a PC from parts

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,800.00 and $229,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
