The Sales Role

Responsibilities
- Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, looking for new interests and identifying potential new business
- Partner with our Outside Sales teams to develop opportunities in our existing customer base
- Make Outbound calls to qualified leads
- Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives
Qualifications
- Outgoing individual who thrives on human interaction
- Confident public speaker with persuasive communication skills
- Competitive spirit—set ambitious goals and break records!
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on career advancement
- Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Hours of operation are 7am-9pm, 7 days a week - schedules are assigned based on business needs.
Compensation
- Uncapped earning potential plus competitive hourly base pay
- Total compensation potential: $80,000 - $170,000 annually (minimum)
