Responsibilities:- Undergo comprehensive training and mentorship provided by experienced professionals based in Charleston to excel in the role.
- Engage in prospecting for new business opportunities utilizing a real estate CRM system, alongside managing and nurturing existing clients and leads.
- Receive guidance and support from a top-performing agent within the team to enhance real estate skills effectively.
- Maximize success in the competitive real estate market by utilizing various lead opportunities provided.
- Commit 40-50 hours weekly to efficiently meet performance targets.
- Have the opportunity to earn a consistent six-figure income through successful real estate transactions.
- Access continuous support and resources aimed at boosting productivity and efficiency in the position.

- Candidates applying for the Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent position in Charleston must have an active South Carolina Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one, which should be affiliated with Keller Williams before joining the Team.
- Proficiency in effectively utilizing Google Systems Efficiency is a crucial skill required for this role.
- Outstanding communication abilities are essential for successful interaction with leads in this position.
- Demonstrating professionalism in all communications and transactions is a fundamental requirement for this role.
