White Oak Digital Media is a full-suite marketing agency with a specialization in digital out-of-home advertising. We work with local businesses across the Chattanooga area to create captivating digital displays that maximize engagement and drive results for advertisers. As we continue to grow, we seek a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our host network of indoor digital billboards and advertiser base.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and sales-focused individual to join us in expanding our host network and selling advertising space to local, regional, and national accounts. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be generating revenue by acquiring new host partners to host our indoor digital billboards and selling digital marketing and advertising packages to advertisers. This is a self-managed position focusing on driving sales and growing our network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential host partners, including businesses, venues, and high-traffic locations.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure partnerships.

- Present our indoor digital billboard solutions to potential hosts, emphasizing the value and benefits of our advertising platform.

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop network expansion and revenue growth strategies.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.

- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, focusing on revenue generation and business development.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, passionate about driving sales and exceeding targets.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Experience in advertising or digital media sales is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
