We are hiring a Roofing Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. As a company we have been in business for over 24 years. Fully license and insured in NC and SC.

Hourly Pay (Depending on experience)
Hours are 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Occasional weekends if needed)
Description:
- Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans.
- Meet with homeowners.
- Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair.
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
- Measuring roofs, using hand tools, as well as helping clients pick out the roofing they want.
- Climbing on a roof, and being able to perform duties, as this job is physical and labor intensive at times.
- Email status updates to clients as well as business development.
- Follow up on projects being completed and giving a timeline to the client.
- Coordinate details for prospective clients, as well as existing.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of our residential products
Requirements:
-Proven experience in roofing sales a must.
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
-Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities and successfully close sales deals
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
-Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
-Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred, but not required
At our company, compensation would be structured around your strengths. We have a good low overhead and run lean which allows us an opportunity to pay good commissions. We will provide some leads but we will expect you to self generate daily. The right candidate will have chance to help grow sales force and manage once performance is proven.
