Team Overview
The Outbound Sales Team is responsible for delivering high-quality service at the final stage of the home-buying process, assisting homeowners in securing insurance, utilities, pest control, and HVAC services. With a focus on ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, this team aims to leave a positive and lasting impression with every client.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative (Utility Concierge), you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience. By quickly building rapport with new homeowners, you’ll identify their specific utility, internet, and home security needs, connecting them to trusted providers. Collaborating with the team, you will work to achieve individual and team goals while supporting the client journey. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on customer interaction and is driven to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of service offerings to provide clients with tailored recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships, demonstrating empathy and attention to detail.
- Outbound Sales: Engage in outreach to clients via phone, text, and email, addressing their service needs and answering inquiries.
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage client information and sales activities within the CRM to ensure follow-up and close opportunities.
- Upselling and Closing: Identify upsell opportunities and close sales to enhance the client’s overall experience.
- Goal Setting and Achievement: Work to meet individual and team sales targets as defined by management.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, professional, and responsive approach in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet goals
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and interactions daily
- Excellent organizational and CRM management skills
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
