We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse clientele, providing top-notch service while promoting and selling our products and services.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to both new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
