Business development and outside sales :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a key role that requires strong strategic planning, market knowledge, and exceptional negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential target markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of software products and services
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
