Job Description

A machine manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual English/JapaneseSales Representative to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients. A bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of Outside Sales experience, the ability to travel frequently, and the ability to speak Japanese are required. This is a full-time, exempt, in-person position with excellent benefits. [Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:30pm]

Bilingual English/JapaneseSales Representative Duties:
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Follow up on inquiries regarding company products
-Perform cost and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
-Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in company products through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Will need to travel domestically & internationally for business

Bilingual English/JapaneseSales Representative Skills:
-Must have a bachelor’s degree
-Must be able to speak Japanese
-Must have 1-2 years of Outside Sales experience
-Must be able to travel frequently
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to create trust and build relationships
