About Us:

We are an innovative startup offering a powerful workflow automation solution to healthcare providers & medical billing companies, helping them harness the disruptive power of AI to achieve substantial gains in efficiency and cost savings. Founded by serial tech entrepreneurs we’re currently a small team of six out-of-the-box thinkers and doers driven by an immense passion to challenge the status quo.

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to join our team at AgentAI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working at a medical billing company or in a related industry, with a strong understanding of the medical billing process and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our software solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to coordinate onboarding activities and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and training materials for clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients post-onboarding to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a medical billing company or related field, with a strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
