As part of our team, you will use your expertise in sales and relationship-building to introduce our products to big box retailers and battery specialists, fostering long-term partnerships that position Chrome Battery as a leader in the market. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation
This full-time position offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 in the first year, with potential to double earnings in subsequent years based on performance and account management success.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Chrome Battery’s products can drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects, from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Develop tailored proposals and strategies, presenting battery solutions that align with client objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, providing data-driven insights and consultative recommendations to clients.
- Become a product expert, staying up-to-date on battery technologies and trends to educate clients on the benefits of our solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. (2+ years in outside sales is preferred.)
- Strong analytical and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with battery technologies, energy storage systems, or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
