Job Description

We're expanding our team and looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help drive our growth and develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a minimum of 60-100 outbound calls daily to pitch various technology products.
  • Utilize email automation tools and social media to engage with new prospects.
  • Utilize lead generation tools to build targeted lists of prospects.
  • Overcome prospect objections and engage intelligently with potential clients.
  • Align DHE’s key differentiators with the specific needs of various sectors and personas.
  • Embrace continuous learning to improve daily results and adapt strategies.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of prospects' challenges.
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo & GovSpend to enhance prospecting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, prospecting, calling decision-makers, or a recent graduate in IT/business/economics with ambition and a willingness to learn sales.
  • A self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset, and high integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and assess prospect needs.
  • Experience with CRM and sales prospecting technologies is advantageous.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
