Seeking

Lead Carpenter Summary/Overview of Role

This is a high-level position that is focused on working in the field doing construction, outside.
Interact with the crew and follow project instructions to provide optimum services.
Installation process of Hardscapes including; decks, fencing, pools or other based upon company needs. Learn and execute proper and safe techniques while utilizing equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full service installations and proper handling of all materials. Physically demanding work requiring use of shovel, nail guns, saws and heavy lifting.
Work in an organized, safe and team manner at all times.

Lead Carpenter Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, as scheduled and ready to help load materials as needed for the days project, including necessary tools.
• Read and implement Project instructions efficiently.
• Produce and manage high quality work; effectively and efficiently
• Measure and cut accurately
• Maintain a clean jobsite at all times
• Maintain safety at all times
• Work collaboratively as a team leader on each and every job
• Offer assistance and effective time in other areas of the team and company
• Become a reliable resource for Hardscape installations
• Keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair and working order
• Meet team tasks expectation
• Continuously Improve knowledge
• Other duties as assigned and within reason and capabilities

Lead Carpenter Requirements

• 1 year of qualified training and/or experience Valid driver’s license
• Work outside in varying weather conditions
• Attention to details, organized and always willing to be a team player
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 80 pounds regularly
• Interact professionally with peers and any other team members including sales, operations, ownership and administration.
