About the Role
As the Sale Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Semiconductor sales team by handling various administrative and support tasks, related to specific customers. This position is essential for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
In the role of Sale Support Administrator you would be located at any of our US facilities or remote.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and facilitate the completion of sales documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining and updating account data and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the routing and handling of customer inquiries, RMAs, and operational notifications.
  • Provide information about product notifications and resolve or escalate issues them to the appropriate organizational team members.
  • Assist in order status and management information facilitation including tracking shipments and working with account management for escalation.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Assist in routing and communicating status of qualified leads from Inside Sales Engineering to ensuring they are properly followed up on by the sales team.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources, such as product samples, marketing materials, and demonstration supplies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collect feedback from the sales team and customers to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and customer service.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent customer or sales experience of 5-8 years.
  • Project Management
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analytical skills to generate and interpret sales reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with the sales team and other departments.
