Job Title: Back Office Support

Job Location: Plano, TX 75024(Hybrid)

Schedule: M-F - 8:30am - 5pm - HYBRID = 2 days per week for 3 weeks / 3 days per week on 4th week.

Job Duration: 3 months contract

Job Description:

Maintain QA/Monitor score range of 60-80% average ,
Accurately and completely process security limit increase requests end to end using SOPs housed in WIKI
Maintain daily work queue, following outlined details in the WIKI SOPs
Ability to identify and navigate each of the following systems based on work processes: QuickBase, CS Server, Sentinel, PSP, WIKI, Experian, Outlook, Clack, CCP & ININ.
Ability to accurately use ININ to track time daily with predefined status
Ability to self-start, daily tasks by using SOPs in WIKI, ensuring SLAs are met for each job task
Competently use CCP to receive and make phone calls
Ability to follow SOPs in the WIKI, and asking questions for clarification to ensure QA metrics are being met and maintained.
