Who We Are Seeking:

We are seeking an experienced, financially motivated MCA Salesperson with a passion for helping businesses grow. As an MCA Salesperson, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and closing MCA deals with business owners. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand the financial needs of our clients, and effectively communicate the benefits of our MCAs will be key to your success in this role.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in North Miami Beach, FL with hours of operation from Monday through Friday from 10am – 6pm EST.

Duties & Responsibilities​:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
• Handle leads with a high sense of urgency.
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments of potential clients.
• Present our MCA products and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close MCA deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to rules and regulations set by applicable regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as an MCA Salesperson.
• Proven track record of success in MCA sales.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary company information and trade secrets.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and MS Office with demonstrated ability to learn new technology as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the MCA industry and regulations

Position Details:

• Reliable transportation to our North Miami Beach office location.
