Job Description

System Solutions is growing in exciting times. We sell, customize and install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud) ERP software which runs our clients retail, wholesale and distribution businesses. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has been a huge success in the marketplace. At it's price point, there is no other software that can offer the breadth of functions, capabilities and ease of use, to run a business.

We are looking for an aggressive sales representative with knowledge of retail or wholesale business practices and good Windows PC skills.

This role is responsible for the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualifying prospects, demonstrating the 365 Business Central software and getting the order.

Compensation includes Base Pay plus unlimited commission earnings potential. Travel is minimal or none with occasional trade show attendance.

Position is responsible for:

  • Initial discussion(s) with prospects.
  • Qualifying prospects.
  • Presenting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in software demonstrations
  • Getting the order.

Skills that will contribute to success:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive, self-starter and unafraid to ask qualifying questions & set direction with prospects.
  • Some knowledge or experience in any hardgoods retail or wholesale business: hardware, lumber, farm, garden, agribusiness, or sporting goods, to name a few.
  • Desire to help business owners improve their business with Microsoft solutions.
  • Proficiency in using some form of contact management or CRM software. We use this internally to track prospects, customers and business associates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
