Job responsibilities
· Own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead to closing the sale.
· Manage pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Microsoft Dynamics) to record notes, track updates and progress leads through the sales process.
· Actively reach out to prospective customers/partners by conducting high volume prospecting, exploring business opportunities, managing negotiations, and secure contracts.
· Meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality. Collect, analyze, report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution to drive conversions and qualified leads.
· Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results and career progression.
Must Haves:
· 2-4 years of experience developing business.
· Extremely high energy, driven and dynamic personality – a Hunter mentality.
· Consistently exceeding quotas.
· Experience working in a high transactional environment.
· Is coachable and eager to learn.
· Self-disciplined and money motivated.
· Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
· Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
· Be a positive contributor to the organization.
