The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Sales Representatives who specialize in high-volume cold calling and have a proven track record in SaaS sales. This role requires a unique blend of grit, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit. At Hammer your income potential is uncapped, , with a base salary of $12/hr and an aggressive commission structure. An average rep earning $100K+ and top reps earning $250K+ annually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ cold calls daily targeting automotive dealerships
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospect, negotiate, and close
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or high-volume cold calling
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- While this is a remote position you must be located in Texas

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
