Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage Returns daily by utilizing Solomon, CRM and CASE system
- Knowledge of Neogen product
- Communication skills between several departments within company
- Assist CS Manager with creating SOP and work instructions for returns process
- Manage equipment repairs and calibration process to vendors.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years related customer service experience and/or training on systems.
Computer Skills: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access Software, Windows/Vista 0S, as well as the ability to effectively communicate electronically.
