thousands of seniors and their loved ones who need assistance navigating senior care
solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to join a caring team making a difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones in our community. The Business
Development Manager will use their strategic knowledge and experience to develop and
foster new and existing relationships with our referral partners in order to grow bottom
line sales. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and independent thinker, someone
able to implement an effective business development plan and sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens referral partner relationships.
Objectives of this role:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business marketing strategy that prioritizes
growth and positive client outcomes.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with referral partners, and identify
and build new relationships which ultimately drive an increase in bottom line sales.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining business relationships in both clinical and non-
clinical spaces to generate referrals.
- Actively identifying & developing new business opportunities to drive further
growth.
- Creating and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure growth and expansion of company services. This
includes establishing, tracking, and reporting on marketing plans, programs, and
goals and driving results to ensure bottom line impact in profitability and services.
- Leveraging various avenues such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising initiatives, presentations and others to create and nurture B2C and B2B relationships.
- Using proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage
Interactions.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related field (customer service, marketing, or
sales).
- Clinical background or experience is desirable - someone who understands the
concerns of healthcare and healthcare terminology.
- Experience working successfully in a high functioning team environment, and
equally comfortable working independently without direct daily supervision.
- Degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or a combination of sales
& marketing experience.
- Proven record of sales growth.
Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to identify new opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and report &
track to management.
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Strong sense of compassion and empathy.
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.

Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to communicate and exchange information, use
office equipment necessary to perform the job, and move around the office.
Ability to travel locally and operate a motor vehicle; valid Driver License and good
driving record required.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
