has proudly served our community for 18 years, with two locations in Franklin and Shelbyville. Our team of 10 employees thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. We have dedicated Sales and Service Managers to lead each department. Our Franklin office, located in a corporate building with access to a fitness center, ping pong table, and various activities, is where youll be based, though training will take place in Shelbyville. We pride ourselves on our family-oriented culture and commitment to flexibility for our team members.


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our Franklin location. This role offers a base salary of $35,000, with first-year earning potential of $60,000 - $70,000, including base salary and commission. You will have a 90 to 120-day ramp-up period to get started.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • We provide on average 90% leads which include: direct mail, internet leads, social media advertising, and live transfers (average about 7 / day).

Requirements
  • License Requirement: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered
  • Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
