Role Purpose:
The Contractor will support Gartner’s Conference Attendee Sales (CAS) Enablement team on specific projects that drive sales representative productivity. The initial work involves updating and deploying sales readiness content and enhancing prospecting efficiency. The Contractor will work closely with the CAS Sales Enablement Senior Manager and the Sales Enablement team.
Contractor Initial Focus
Content Update and Deployment
Presentation Updates: Monthly updates of critically important selling documents.
Inside Gartner (Gartner’s intranet) Support: Upload documents, briefings, recordings, and refresh or remove dated content from Gartner’s intranet, Inside Gartner. Update structure of Inside Gartner.
Event Brief & CBC (Conference by Conference) Resources Support: Pull information from Conference “Event briefs” to support creation or updates of sales assets. Work with Gartner’s Creative Centre of Excellence (CCOE) on design.
Briefings Support: Support prep and execution of Conference briefings (i.e., invitations and presentation collation)
Prospecting Efficiency
Prospecting Data Support: Weekly mapping and tracking of cadence completions in Salesloft, a market-leading prospecting tool.
CBC Prospecting Support: Gather content from Gartner Event resources and update prospecting cadences.
CBC Template & Cadence Building: Build cadences to support prospecting.
CBC Campaign / Cadence Reporting: Track usage of campaigns
Impact of Role:
Increase in prospecting efficiency and sales productivity of Conference Sales Executives (CSEs) as a result of sales enablement initiatives
Direct contribution to bi-directional communications between CSEs, Leadership and other Conference Business Unit’s to support over-achievement of our Conference paid attendance goals
Job Requirements:
BA or BS required, marketing or communication a plus
2+ years sales enablement, internal communications, marketing, or sales
2+ years of successfully leveraging various communication channels (Intranet/Portal, email, mailing, face-to-face) to communicate with various business units – specifically a sales organization
Excellent program management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong organizational, task, and time management skills
Must have strong people/verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to consolidate content into cohesive, clear, straightforward messaging
Ability to understand the effectiveness of initiatives and activities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with numerous projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
Innovative, creative, curious mindset; willing to learn about, experiment with and champion new media and channels
General
Be able to elicit feedback / conduct regional interviews with CAS team in support of sales enablement initiatives
Develop relationships with key regional stakeholders including sales leadership, marketing, and conferences program management
