- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and investigate any service-related issues.
- Provide comprehensive responses and recommendations to prospects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of product lines. This includes assisting with paperwork to finalize sales and staying updated on competitor offerings for effective comparisons.
- Aid customers in completing necessary paperwork to finalize transactions.
- Stay informed about competitor products to facilitate comparisons as needed.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s customer database, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.
- Foster strong connections with manufacturer representatives.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with both current and prospective customers.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on additional related tasks as needed.
- Focus on customers and product lines related to valves and pumps. Previous sales experience or technical knowledge of valves is crucial.
- The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the industry, customer needs, and how our valve products stack up against competitors.
