MagicPow is a cutting-edge training centre offering year-round skiing and snowboarding experiences. We're looking for an enthusiastic Membership Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services, fostering relationships with potential clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for snow sports, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to prospective members.

Responsibilities

Represent MagicPow and promote our training centre and services.
Engage with potential clients through various channels (in-person, phone, email) to promote membership benefits.
Sell lesson packages to individuals and companies, including personal event and corporate event offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Provide feedback on client needs and preferences to help improve our services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance member acquisition efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Ability to engage with individuals and businesses to promote services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work.
Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or fitness is a bonus!

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
