HWOWZ Concept Inc AKA Tao Staging is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your sales skills and home decor knowledge in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating and managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting our services effectively.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs regularly.
- Coordinating with the home staging team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Navigating and updating customer management systems.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or experience in home decor and design preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home decor or related industry.
- Ability to solve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a readiness to work under pressure.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Good computer and technology skills, experience with sales and customer management software is a plus.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Bilingual English & Chinese preferred
