Job Title: Residential Business Development Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the daily operations of the Residential Department and the outside sales team. This position reports directly to the Residential Sales Manager and involves assisting with sales support, quoting equipment, customer service, process training, scheduling, event planning, and other administrative tasks. A hybrid work arrangement is available after one year if company policies and technology requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Residential Department and outside sales team.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining company standards, including sales support, dealer programs, and customer service.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate events and training sessions.
- Document and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of office/administrative experience.
- Experience in the field of HVAC is an advantage for this position.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, typing, and follow-up skills.
- Effective listening and communication abilities.
- Experienced in selling and providing accurate quotes to customers.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,024.00 - $54,366.00 per year
