AssuredPartners in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a P&C Licensed, Personal Lines Account Executive that will help lead our Personal Lines client service team in delivering insurance related transactions. This role will focus on High Net Worth / Private Client individuals.

As an Account Executive, you will manage of a book of assigned clients and partner with our sales team to drive exceptional client service delivery. This role is client relationship driven and provides risk management function.

This role is hybrid, Monday/Friday remote days! Our beautiful office in Creve Coeur even includes a free gym and personal trainer sessions!

Responsibilities:

Client Support

  • Lead meetings with clients, including negotiating, selling lines of insurance, and renewal meetings at client locations.
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive client support and act as main client contact for book of business.
  • Effectively manage difficult client communications including loss of coverage, claim denials, unfavorable underwriting and other challenging renewal scenarios.

Account Management

  • Negotiate and sell lines of insurance to clients to round out accounts as appropriate. May design insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management.
  • Own all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business.
  • Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to the needs of the client and circumstances of the presentation.

Insurance Expertise

  • Manage and develop strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
  • Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.
  • Review changes in carrier offerings and policies and relay information to the larger service team and directly to clients, in addition to cross selling other lines of business.

Leadership

  • Mentor or lead the work of more junior team members.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with account team on the agency’s renewal strategy.

Client Strategy

  • Create complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts.
  • Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.

Qualifications:

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 5+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of available coverages based on business and industry
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software, preferably EPIC.
