Our Branch & Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to build the branch by driving business development efforts as well as leading, managing and coaching a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed goals while ensuring the operational soundness of the branch.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
