Make a Difference
The Sr Account Executive for Encore will be responsible for for the entire sales cycle for new and renewal business through the sale of Network services to corporate clients and industries. Programs and services represented largely focus on Health Promotions, Industrial Rehabilitation, Urgent Care and Primary Care but may include any and all Network programs and services as appropriate. Primary duties include marketing, prospecting, completing needs assessments, developing proposals, creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and letters of agreement and selling and servicing corporate accounts. Expected to represent the Network as a whole or any sub-entity thereof at corporate functions to further promote business development and/or public relations.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related health care field required. Master’s Degree (preferred).
- In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ten (10) years of sales experience with a proven record of personal team sales success required; experience in related business/industry with advanced knowledge of healthcare systems or financing is preferred.
- Relevant experience in health promotion, occupational health, urgent care or primary care required.
- Current Indiana Life & Health Insurance Agents license preferred.
- Develop annual sales plans and strategies to achieve goals.
- Drive business development and relationship building.
- Lead communication with prospects, clients, and brokers.
- Address client issues efficiently and manage contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely data.
- Generate forecasts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in sales processes and industry events.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulations.
- Use consultative sales to recommend solutions.
- Assist with marketing and product development.
- Build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Monitor and share market information.
