Pay Structure:

Starting Base Pay is $3000+/Month DOE, Plus Commissions and Bonuses.
Our top performers make on average an EXTRA $1500/Month in Commission.
Commissions are paid both upfront for new sales and for each policy renewal after, which gives you the opportunity for a raise very 6 months! We are one of the few insurance companies that offer this type of residual income.

About this Position:

You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.
Network to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources like social media, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Work with a mentor agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Attend training classes to hone your skills.
Learn day to day skills of being a small business owner
Attend Networking and community events to build relationships with the public

Qualifications:

A motivated salesperson: When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident clients.
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensed (we can help you navigate the process to obtain these licenses)
Successful in meeting sales goals (at least 1-2 years of sales experience)
Excellent in communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity.
Able to complete and pass a background check.
