HVAC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE -Sudbury branch
Your Duties and Responsibilities for HVAC inside counter sales:
- Service customers on phone, online and in person
- Up-sell accessory parts
- Pick parts for customer order, process curbside and internet orders
- Prepare invoices
- Handle payment transactions
- Research parts on computer
- Preparing quotes and follow-up
- Attend educational seminars
Position Details for HVAC inside counter sales
- Fast paced - multitasking required
- Standing for long periods of time

Desired Skills and Experience You possess for HVAC inside counter sales:
- Excellent listening skills
- Proactive follow up
- Positive attitude and customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years HVAC experience
- 3 years sales experience an asset
- Computer skills with accuracy
