Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and strategic business development action plan that produces measurable results. The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining community partnerships, including coordinating community engagement events.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, client’s family members and caregivers through frequent communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Perform in-home needs of service consultations with prospective clients and their loved ones. Understand and effectively articulate the service offerings, value proposition, scope and sales process from inquiry to admission.
  • Research, develop and implement strategies that identify marketing opportunities for new business development.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan that enhances the organization’s image and position in the marketplace. Ensure plan is measurable and consistent with the company’s strategic plan and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
  • Effectively engage in public speaking events and make professional presentations.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing mediums.
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and demeanor.
  • Practice good time management, problem solving, follow instructions and complete work assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, including client’s families and other employees.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, leadership team, clients and family, ability to listen without imposing personal values or beliefs.
  • Engage in constructive problem solving and the exploration of new ideas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, client’s family members and caregivers through frequent communication and addressing concerns promptly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning processes and market analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
