Responsibilities
- Daily accounting and bookkeeping
- AR and AP
- Generate invoices, record payments, cheque runs, licensing fees, rentals
- Reconciliations, general ledger
- Support month end and year end
- Some B2B collections
- Support with administrative responsibilities and provide cross functional support
- Other administrative and adhoc duties as required
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel experience and QuickBooks experience
