Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and project plans that meet client needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Prepare presentations and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
