Overview

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and project plans that meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Prepare presentations and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
