Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who not only possesses strong sales and business development skills but also has a solid technical background. As a Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will need to understand our products and services at a technical level to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, utilizing CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Increase net new leads, marketing qualified leads, and new partner acquisition by managing channel development team, leads, strategic relationships, and events
- Consistent high-volume prospecting activity and delivering accurate brand knowledge and product messaging
- Bringing consistent energy and excitement to prospective partners as this is often their first impression of Cytracom
- Travel to in-person live trade show events and execute virtual webinar events
Requirements:
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present value and overcome objections
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex products and services.
- Excellent communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
