the Summary
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial SDR to join us here at Sigma Solve and help us build our Software services, Logistics Technology and Robotic Process Automation. Since we're in the early stages, you’d work directly with executive leadership to help shape the program’s future.

Our current offerings include custom eCommerce, custom freight technology solutions (TMS, CRM, Load Boards, etc), CMS, staff augmentation, and mobile app solutions for the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
This is an outbound SDR role responsible for prospecting and new lead generation. You’d use a variety of prospecting channels including:
- Cold Calling
- Cold Emailing
- Trade Shows, Events and In-Person Networking
- LinkedIn and/or other Social Media Platforms
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Conduct simple product demonstrations showcasing our work to prospective clients
This is a highly consultative sales process with ACVs ranging from 30-150K. You’d be selling a mixture of professional services, products, and technology consulting to our Software Services, Robotic Process Automation Services, and for Transportation & Logistics clients.
Background Must Haves
- Software industry understanding (SaaS, software development, AI/ML, RPA, etc) required
- Software knowledge of databases, programming languages, design, and flow diagrams required
- An understand of how APIs work and the ability to read / interpret API documentation
- Preferably Transportation Industry Knowledge (Freight Brokerages, Carriers, Shippers, etc)
- The ability to translate technology into business value
Please do not apply if you don’t have experience selling software services to businesses for at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the space, as this is a non-negotiable for the role.
Also - this is a fairly technical SDR role, in the sense that you’ll be working with and discussing next generation technologies on a daily basis. If that isn’t you then it’s not a good fit!
CS or related degree is a plus but not a requirement.

- 1-2 times per year, we host GTM team meetings in our Atlanta or Florida office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
