In this dynamic role you will assist homeowners by answering questions, identifying solutions, and ultimately enrolling them as clients with On Q Property Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through leads
- Qualifies each new homeowner lead and sets appointments
- Manages daily appointments with homeowners and appropriately follows up with prospects throughout the signup process
- Leverage customer service skills to cultivate prospective homeowners and understand their needs
- Build superior rapport with clients
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Reach (and exceed) key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth owner onboarding experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Active TX Real Estate License
- Valid Driver’s License and qualifying Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service Champion
- Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a sales, property management, or like role
- Understanding of Tenant and Fair Housing Laws
