Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail food sales and a passion for Food, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail food sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new technologies and products in the market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
