Position Summary:

As our Sales Development Representative, you are a passionate, highly motivated and results-driven individual who takes pride in their work and loves a challenge. As part of the Sales Team, you will play an integral role in growing our inbound and outbound strategy by responding to direct requests for contact from potential customers, nurturing warm leads, reaching out to cold leads, and helping ensure database integrity.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and reporting on established tasks and priorities that support sales initiatives, meeting corresponding department KPIs, fostering relationships with franchise owners and other key stakeholders, collaborating with other teams as needed, and assisting with additional sales-related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and identify outbound leads from a variety of sources such as persuasive calls, company visits, networking, marketing, and industry events
  • Identify and convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings for our franchise owners
  • Follow the MEDDICC sales process
  • Build and monitor a robust pipeline of SDR-qualified opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales targets
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with franchise owners and other key stakeholders, understand their specific needs, foster trust, and become a reliable partner
  • Maintain ownership of the scheduling process until the handoff to the franchise owner is complete and the scheduled meeting takes place
  • Participate and contribute value to sales meetings if necessary
  • Utilize our CRM to ensure that lead and opportunity information and details are updated, accurate, up-to-date, complete, consistent, and reliable
  • Regularly report on KPIs and other metrics that will be established upon hiring; booked appointments, MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline value, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ years of work experience in inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience within a highly accountable growth-focused environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software/Salesforce
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve success independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, including anticipating challenges before they arise and identifying areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • B2B sales experience
  • Strong understanding of IT products/services

Salary

$40,000 - $50,000 per year
