Your Role:

As a sales representative at Optum Health Group, you'll:

  • Drive Results: Engage with clients, close deals, and strive for success.

Experience and Skills:

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales roles are beneficial.
  • Insurance License: While advantageous, it's not required. We provide comprehensive training.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication is key.
  • Abilities: Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
  • Negotiation Skills: Persuasion and negotiation are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with ease.
  • Time Management: Organize your time effectively.

Education: High school diploma with relevant sales experience.

Schedule: Able to work from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays.

Compensation:

  • No Base Pay
  • No Base Pay
  • Commission ONLY
  • High Commission Percentages!!!
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
  • Average Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
