Leasing Concierge
6 month contract with possibility to extend

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced upscale customer service and sales professional to join our leasing team! You do not require rental experience however you love working on a team and interacting with customers.
About the Role:
This position is an opportunity to join a world-class property and asset manager creating innovative projects, working as part of a collaborative team. You will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals. The Leasing Concierge will bring the brand to life through assisting with marketing campaigns, superior service, and attention to detail. Located in Trenton, you will interact directly with prospective residents to achieve the property’s maximum occupancy and revenue.

The buildings offer a variety of renovated 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites. Crisp profiles and modern finishings blend to create distinct interiors that will be both impressive to your guests and welcoming to you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Leasing:
· Drive the leasing of a renovated apartment building by utilizing established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
· Track and coordinate appointments for tours
· Track and monitor traffic, leasing velocity, prospect follow-up and occupancy performance
· Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition
· Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with other computer data entry as necessary
· Inspect units to ensure readiness for move-ins
Qualifications:
· Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently is a must have qualification
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in apartment rental, hospitality, or equivalent high end customer facing sales role
· Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various audiences in a clear and concise manner
· Ability to work effectively across departmental lines
· Reliable transportation is required, with the ability to show evidence of a valid driver’s license and insurability.
This position requires you to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:
